Transparency Issue

After installing update of Internet Explorer 11 for Windows 7 SP 1 x64, I got a problem with my desktop gadget transparency. here's the screenshot. hope for best solution. 

*note : first gadget is CPU meter, 2nd one is InstantOn gadget from Asus, and the 3rd is AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition 2014.
