SCRIPT70: Permission denied on IE 10

I have the following error in IE 10 whereas works fine with firefox and chrome.

SCRIPT70: Permission denied, line 2444 character 13 SCRIPT1002: Syntax error BannerServer, line 1 character 1 SEC7118: XMLHttpRequest for your site required Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS) SEC7118: XMLHttpRequest for your site required Cross Origin Resource Sharing (CORS).

I've  tried manual fix in IE 10 by going to InternetOptions>Security>Custom level>Miscellaneous and setting Access data source across domains to Enable which worked actually. But, this is not a permanent fix.

It seems the cross domain request is not only working for IE browsers.

Any help would be most appreciated.
