I have used ieak to create an msi for distribution of IE 11 across the network. The install works fine and I can run IE 11 as a Domain Admin. However, when I log in as a standard user it fails to start. There is no splash screen and no error in the event viewer. The little blue circle appears and turns briefly but there is no other activity at all.
Are there any file, folder or registry permissions that need to added to get this to work ?
