IE 10 Win 8 fails to open, hangs, cannot click through email on Outlook. Cannot browse, just hangs.

My IT guy has uninstalled and reinstalled once...all works for a few hours...then same problems. I have to use firefox or chrome to browse or clickthru emails, making Outlook useless for most of my purposes other than reading and composing. Heard buzz there are problems, when will a service pack/ solution be available?????
