If I leave IE9 open and do not use it for a couple hours, when I return to my computer, multiple new tabs with material have opened on their own. Under internet options/ privacy - pop-up blocker is on, and in pop-up blocker "setting"
it is set at " high: block all pop-ups." How can I stop the new tabs from opening? I am running Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit on a Sony VAIO desktop.
