I've tested this on multiple machines at work at different sites and on home VM's. The IE9-neutral.Downloaded.msu from Microsoft is corrupt or invalid. Is this intentional? Is it going to be fixed? Need to still be able to install IE 9 on Windows 7. I cannot find a news release or blog saying this is intentional or dated for anytime within this month... I thought we still had another year for this?
Thin installers no longer work, period. Offline installers fail 100% when connected to internet, 10% of the time when not connected to internet. (Very thankful we can still install offline most of the time, but it's a real pain in an enterprise environment.)
