Tried many different internet options such as advanced->Enhanced protected mode, "security->automatic filtering of ActiveX" "advanced-> 64bit enhanced protected mode (windows 8)", enable many different ActiveX related options in custom security options.
But 64bit ActiveX on some systems and not working in some other (loads 32bit version). Not sure what is the right approach? Is this depends on IE version. For example in IE11 16428 version it is not working. In IE11 17280 version it is working.
Another observation.
In some system, File->properties option shows "Internet | Protected Mode: On" then only 32bit ActiveX is working. In other systems it shows "Internet | Protected Mode: Enhanced" and 64bit ActiveX is working.
