Hello, I'm using W7SP1, installed ALL of the UPDATES, did a fresh installation 2 times, but nothing changed...
The problem: IE11 frequent sites are not showing. Acutally they are showing up, but after a long time of using, copying site links into an adress page, frequent using of F5 etc, etc. There is even one site that NEVER appeared in "frequent sites", no matter what and how long I tried to use it..., tiles are all blank except these MSN and something else after first launch of IE11. These tiles of frequent sites are staying blank for a LONG LONG period of time... So, mostly, these "frequent tabs" stays completely BLANK. Annoying.
The problem 2: Disc Cleanup is NOT cleaning "temporary internet files" folder, it shows, for example, 432kb in it, but when I choose to look the folder, it is empty! I choose to clean it again with Windows 7 Disc Cleanup, but it doesn't do ANYTHING! Still shows 432kb, folder is still empty. The only way to clean this folder is through IE11.
None of these "issues" were present before, I blame some of the updates... really, I checked everything, but nothing helped...
IE11 cache is located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\
BUT!
Disc Cleanup is trying to clean this location C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\content.ie5\
Any suggestions? Thanks.
