We have just brought a windows 8 laptop and the mouse was working fine until we shut it down the first night and it updated. the next day It wont scroll at ALL on internet explorer and on the side bar the arrows up and down wont work either but if you pull the bar up and down it works. It seems to be only internet exporer it has problems with. Our mouse is "Genius" but I put a different mouse in to see if that would work and that didn't help either. Ive tried all the other usb ports but still no go. The mouse works well apart from the scroll.
