cached Items in IE 8 and IE 9

hi,

how can i identify whether an item(for example an image) is coming from IE browser cache or from server in IE 8 and IE 9. due to some problem am unable to use fiddler.

In the case of chrome it will show as from cache  for the each item if it is coming from browser cache. how to identify in case of IE 8 and IE 9 .
