After reading a large number of posts, it seems that when configuring the GP settings for IE 10 or 11 is done by downloading a template. So far I am following this. Now comes the part I am not getting. When I read the installation instructions for the template installation, it says it is included when I install IE 11 on the server. So far, I have been unable to see a GP setting for anything higher then IE 8 when I attempt to configure it. Where are the settings for IE 10 and up? They do not seem to appear after installation of IE 11 so I assume that in fact that template is not actually included when IE 11 is installed. So it seems circular to me. The solution is to install the template for which instructions say it is only for Server 2003 and not Server 2008. Certainly could use some help here.
