Hi,
I am using Internet Explorer 10.I want that internet explorer supports user name and password in http web site addresses. eg. the syntax typehttp(s)://<var>username</var>:<var>password</var>@<var>server</var>/<var>resource</var>.<var>ext</var>.
As per the work around mentioned in microsoft support documents, I have added iexplore.exe and explorer.exe DWORD values in the following registry key and set their value data to0.
- For all users of the program, set the value in the following registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\FeatureControl\FEATURE_HTTP_USERNAME_PASSWORD_DISABLE
But still, when I type http(s)://<var>username</var>:<var>password</var>@<var>serverwith internet explorer 10, it still asks for user name and password pop-up. I want that it takes this user name and password, supplied with URL and makes an auto login. Can you tell me how can I make this possible?</var>
Thanks,
Krinali Shah<var></var>
