I am amazed after just having two clients install I.E. 11 and are having the same caching issues with I.E. that we experienced all the way back to the 1999. The temporary internet files - check for new versions setting of "Automatically" has been a pain in my a__ for the last 15 years. Can somebody explain why this is so fricken hard for Microsoft to figure out? My pages are .net, they are dynamic. You mean to tell me that Microsoft, the inventors of both .NET and I.E. cannot figure out how to serve up the latest content for a .NET (ASPX) page?????
No I guess they would prefer that I call ALL my prospective web users and say, please change the default settings of your browser so that you can actually see dynamic content. And NO I don't want to put random numbers on my url nor do I want to put refresh meta tags in my content because that will make it difficult to use the BACK button.
Chrome is looking better and better all the time!!!!
