IE11 - Option to move Address bar/tabs to the top

Having the address bar at the bottom of the screen provides to be a little clunky when using a tablet.

For instance, when I'm using my surface pro 2 sat down, I mostly rest the tablet just below my stomach, and use my hands to support the top of the device. Now, I'm not the slimmest of guys so naturally my stomach obscures the lowest inch of the screen. Which means when I want to use the address bar, I have to physically lift the device into the air to swipe up and click into the address bar.

I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, but it is really annoying when you are doing it every minute.

Please provide the option to have the address bar and tabs slide down from the Top of the browser.

This way, I don't have to move my hand position to slide up the address bar and I don't have to raise the device so I can physically see the address bar to tap into it.

The above annoyance becomes even more pronounced when using the surface pro 2 in portrait mode as the amount of hand travel to get to the address bar increases.

Also, think for one minute about the natural thumb position and direction when gripping a tablet. Typically the thumbs are pointing upwards towards the top of the screen. This makes swiping down a naturally easier gesture as the thumbs are already in a prone position. in IE11, now think about having to move the grip downwards in order to put the thumb in the right place to swipe upwards to reveal the address bar  - Its a horrible experience. Another reason why having the address bar at the top would benefit tablet users!

Thanks for reading.
