Hi,
Apologies if this is the incorrect place to post this question but its my first.
Recently we have upgraded some workstations to Windows 8 Pro OS with IE 10 and some using IE 11. A couple are running Windows 8.1.
We have a website that has a session timeout assigned of 5 minutes that has been working fine with workstations using XP/Vista/7 and IE versions 8-11.
When browsing from any of the Windows 8 workstations the session timeout is not applied, so even though the user has been inactive for more than 5 minutes the browser session is not refreshed and therefore the user is not required to login again which could pose a security risk in future once the site is live.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Tom
