I just bought a new laptop with IE 11 running windows 8.1
When I go thru the wizard to import bookmarks, after I've selected the folder with my existing bookmarks (which I had saved to my desktop from my old laptop), I get a message that says "bookmark.htm file not found".
It seems absurd that this should be an issue considering my bookmarks came from an IE program previously. It is infuriating that these cannot simply be transferred and I cannot find any solutions on the web that don't require a degree in computer science to successfully accomplish what I need to do.
