Hi experts,
I have a following problem - I am using the Site to Zone Assignment List GPO to assign the local site to trusted sites in order to enable automatic logon. Now when I open the URL in IE11 it works just fine - when I click on Sign In on the portal it reloads and the user is signed in. When I verify the zone via File -> Properties menu I see, that the site is assigned to the "Trusted Sites" zone. doing the same on the same computer with the same user on Microsoft Edge doesn't work - it asks for credentials. Now:
- What is the potential reason for this? I also configured the "Do not sync browser settings" GPO to Disabled and I see it is applied properly
- Where can I verify in Edge which zone has been assigned to the particular URL (that's a must for troubleshooting this problem)
