SSL Cerificate not prompting to choose in IE11.

Hi Guys,

I've been struggling to know how the IE or windows system behaves while SSL used for webservice call. As far as I know its simple to install pfx or p12 file into personal truststore and then install the Root singer certificates in Trusted root authorities. Now the problem Im facing is that I have 3 personal (key(pfx)) files installed in the Personal store and while accessing the webserivce url with mutual authentication, IE11 use to prompt which certificate should you use and I had selected respective certificates. While troubleshooting the issue I have removed 2 of 3 and tested with no success. Now I imported the other 2 that I removed and surprisinggly its not prompting to choose certificates as it did earlier. So is there any option that tells IE to use any default pfx or should we remove all of them and export again in the order that we want ??

Audio is not getting loaded in IE 11. 
In IE11 the problem is, though the loadstart event is getting started, but is never getting finished.
So if you see my code, the durationchange event is never loaded.
Notes :

Using virtual box to test my application.
Getting a 206 partial content status code.(Same as other browsers).
Using mpga file format. Tried with mp3, but the same result.
Works in other browsers.
Request Range: bytes=0-.(Same as other browsers).
Response Range: bytes= 0-3295557(content length is 3.3MB). (Same as other browsers).
Received 3.14MB. (Same as other browsers).
Getting media source not supported error, for both mp3 and mpga.

I've ran into an issue where Internet Explorer 11 appears to have a memory limit. I'm loading multiple video viewers in my page, but when the memory hits about 1.4 or 1.5GB, no new video feeds will load. It also appears that other functionality in my page also stops working.

Is there a limit on how much memory Internet Explorer uses, and if so, is there a way to increase this? The memory usage on the machine itself is fine. It's sitting around 30%. I'm trying to view this from a Windows Server 2016 machine.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Certificate Revocation Alert

I have a user who gets a security alert in IE 11 - Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?
She gets this going to all sorts for websites, Accuweather, Microsoft, many others, that I know have valid certificates. I view the certs on her machine, they look fine, dates, names, etc. Her windows 7 is up to date. The certificates MMC plug in shows the trusted root certificates as it should. Anybody have a clue how to fix this?

Manage Password Store in IE11 Through Group Policy

We are looking at managing our password store in IE11 through group policies. Where can this be done in group policy editor ?

I can be done for Edge, managed in Group Policy Manager Editor under Windows Components, Microsoft Edge, Configure Password Manager but I can't find anything like this for IE11

We're using NetIQ's SecureLogin at the moment and want to get rid of it as the only thing it's now managing is the users password store. One less application for desktop's to support, so if it's already built into the O/S why keep it.

Any help would be grateful.

this.parent not returning parent frame and getting error Object doesn't support property or method .

It works fine for Firefox and Chrome. ie for Firefox and Chrome returning parent frame for this.parent

Hi,

I am running IE 11 on a Windows 2008 R2 SP1 server, which is part of a domain.

When accessing sites from the internal network, I get a blank page. I noticed that it was due to the fact that these sites are not in the "Local intranet" zone, and when I add them manually it works.

In Internet Options > Security > Local intranet, when I click on "Sites", I directly have the window with the advanced configuration, where I have to manually define a list of websites. I do not see the window with the "Automatically detect intranet network" checkbox (but I have it on other servers).

If I manually add the IP and domain with wildcards, I can access my internal sites, but I would have to do that for every user connecting to the server. I'd prefer if it was automatic, as it is on other servers.

Can you help me please ?
