The company has their own AD domain.
When they log into their computer they use one login, and then when they access the internet they have to login to a proxy with a separate government login.
The problem is when the prompt comes up, by default it often puts in our company domain/username. The user has to click 'Other User" and type in the govt domain-username/password. In a lot of cases they don't notice the username is wrong, just try typing in the password, and then call us when it doesn't work.
Any suggestions on how to deal with this to make it easier for the users? They have a mixture of W7 and W10 computers.
