Google Translator add-ons for Internet Explorer 11

I need add-ons exactly as "translate now" in firefox or "Gtranslate" in chrome for internet explorer 11 to translate a selected word nor entire of a page

"translate now" and "Gtranslate" have special option for to select destination language but have not an easy shortcut for a selected word

This add-ons should be able to tranlste a word of a pdf file imported in IE11 in a new tab very fast tothepreferred language

Google toolbar isn't good for this work.

please create such add-ons

I use firefox only for this addons

I am running Win 2012 AD with windows 7 users and no proxy in environment. I would like to restrict some win7 users to browse only 2 websites and disable all other websites ..Is this can be achieved from GPOs ? or is there any other quick way of doing it please ?

IE11 Enterprise Mode site list not working

I've configured the Enterprise Mode site list as directed in the following article

and set up the gpo to point to my site. I've confirmed in my site's logs that the xml file is accessible.

However, it isn't working; none of the sites are launching in enterprise mode. I notice that the CurrentVersion key in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\EnterpriseMode has remained at 1 and is not updating. I'm assuming that is the problem, but I can't figure out why it won't update.

Any advice?

Hi everyone,

I've noticed SmartScreen yellow warning (Are you trying to visit this web site?) on my new web page veneraart.com a week ago. I am legitime owner of the web but I haven't recieved any statement from Microsoft why is this happening or how to fix it. I reported the site many times as safe but nothing changed. Possibility of further reporting for web site owner (More information button) is not active (probably only in case of red warning). I had 30 min phone call with Microsoft support (CZE) where I was told that there is nothing they can do about this (???) and they refered me to this forum. I actually found here several topics describing the same problem but I didn't manage to find any satisfying answer how to fix it. Do you have any ideas how to fix the problem? I'm starting to be really frustrated because I'm solving it fifth day in a row with no result.

this error keeps coming up and I can not get it fixed..can anyone tell me what this is? I thought it might be for Silverlight...not for sure?

Currently we push multiple sites in Enterprise Mode. However, recently we found one where the domain (sharepoint) must be in Enterprise mode but the path following (/siteassets/weather.aspx) is causing an issue when being pushed? Is there a way to exclude this from the list? We’ve tried <domain exclude="false">sharepoint<path exclude="true">/siteassets.aspx</path></domain> but this doesn’t appear to work. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi,

Since the windows 10 anniversary update, the credential's popup dialog is updated --> The dialog prompt is more modern and looks like a Xaml app.

I have a BHO which detects the dialog window and fill the content (user and password) automatically. This BHO is for SSO functionality, but it doesn't work anymore since the evolution of the credential's dialog.

Do you know if it exists some tweaks inside windows registry for disable the new modern appearance and come back to the old classic appearance ?

I know registry tweaks exist for restore previous start menu, or restore UAC prompt, but I don't find solution for the credential dialog inside IE.

Hello,

sorry, i'm not a computer wizard although I know my way around a bunch of these things. Have the strangest thing, which I can't figure out. I have this website, which is giving me always the "Page can't be displayed" error, together with the TLS and RC4 comments.

Strangly enough, this is the only site where this happens. All other various sites are accessible (e.g. Google, Facebook, Youtube), so it doesn't seem to be a connectivity problem. FYI : i also get this same problem with Chrome.

I believe I had no problems with this on my previous computer, who also had IE11. It must be some of the security settings or some kind of access right, although nothing special is installed.

I have the TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 turned on. I also tried using the SSL 2.0 & 3.0 but no success.

Any suggestions ?

I'm in the midst of reconfiguring IE Enterprise mode for a customer. Here's the current state:

There is a site list at http://ieem.internal.domain/production.xml
The site list is readable by all users and contains the correct current list of sites and rendering modes (maintained by the Site Manager tool)
Active Group Policy settings:
Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Use the Enterprise Mode IE website list: Enabled, Location = http://ieem.internal.domain/production.xml
User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Use the Enterprise Mode IE website list: Enabled, Location = http://ieem.internal.domain/production.xml

If I browse to a site in the Site List, Enterprise Mode is not enabled.

If I now set EITHER of these policy settings:

Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Let users turn on and use Enterprise Mode from the Tools Menu: Enabled; OR
User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Internet Explorer > Let users turn on and use Enterprise Mode from the Tools Menu: Enabled;

the user is still not forced into Enterprise Mode. However, they can turn on Enterprise Mode manually and the site list appears to apply correctly (as long as they turn it on on a page where it's supposed to be on - otherwise they get Enterprise mode enabled for whatever URL they were viewing when they turn EM on in addition to the site list).

We do not want users to be able to change the settings for Enterprise Mode. We only want the site list to apply, consistently, to all users. We cannot find any setting for "Force users to use Enterprise Mode" or similar.

We also do not believe Microsoft would create this without a way to enforce the policy to on - an organisation of 5 users isn't a problem, an organisation of 5000 can't afford the 5000 helpdesk calls to enable this manually.

I therefore believe I am missing something, but I cannot see what. Suggestions and questions welcomed!

Hello Technet!

I am currently experiencing a problem with Internet Explorer 11 CO (Corporate Administrator) version showed up in my environment. I am now trying to do a clean up of this version but cannot find anyway to tell remotely which computers have this version and which computers do not. We have been using SCCM 2012 for the reporting side but unfortunately we have not been able to get it to pull out the details down to that level. Does anyone have know of any way to identify this version of IE over another remotely? (registry, system folder, etc..) and/or does anyone know of a way to uninstall this version of IE or change it back to the default version?

Qlik sense-sharepoint mashup IE error

We are trying to open Qlik Sense-sharepoint mashup link in internet explorer it gives the error below(An error occurred-Object.keys: argument is not an object) on the page.

If we use IE browser debugging(F12) it gives “Unable to set property 'onreadystatechange' of undefined or null reference” error. Note that the same link works fine in Google Chrome.

We have tried some of the steps below and some others but none of them are applicable. Any additional thoughts how we can troubleshoot this issue?

Can't get into Microsoft Update Catalog with IE 11 on Windows 10

Trying to download KB3081444. Only options offered are microsoft.com/downloads, which doesn't have it, and the Microsoft Update Catalog site.

I went there with Edge (I'm running Win 10) but it told me to use IE. Once at the page, I keep getting told that "this web site wants to add the following add-on: "Microsoft Update Catalog" from "Microsoft Corporation." (Are there quotes because IE doesn't believe it's really Microsoft? Or is it just being sarcastic? Hard to tell sometimes. :-) )

Anyway, I always click "Install," but nothing happens. F12 offers no help. Any idea how a fully updated, licensed copy of Windows 10 Enterprise running the latest version of Internet Explorer (with no fancy security settings cranked up) can't load an ActiveX control from Microsoft Corporation while trying to download updates from Microsoft's Update Catalog?

Hi,

I am having the problem with IE11 on Windows server 2012 R2 with users who are connected with Remote Desktop Services. When opened our application, javascript drop down is not showing the data and list is empty. When i type any character in the drop down, then data is getting displayed.

Initially data is not getting shown. Any ideas how this can be fixed?

Note: added site already to compatibility mode

Hello everybody, I need some help, I have some machines with Windows 10 and IE11 I have applied AutoConfigURL registry config through GPP, and it works in some machines but not in anothers, the connectons page show the proxy.pac URL but don´t use the congig into the script, I tried adding the registry entry, EnableLegacyAutoProxyFeatures, to "1", and it works in some machines but I still have some with the same problem, I have diferents versions of Windows 10 and diferents versions de IE11, we have nota an standard yet. Some body knows how to fix that?
