My task "Goal",
- migrate to IE11 after gather all information

I tried to use "Enterprise Site Discovery toolkit for IE11" Without luck

Since IE 10 will soon be out of support, we urgently need an alternative:

I have a user that when they try to log into Duke Progress Energy's website at https://www.progress-energy.com/app/loginregistration/login.aspx it will redirect them to a "one time authentication" page which requires them to use a one-time key to log in on a new computer. When going to this one-time website (secure8.i-doxs.net) it will get an error message that says...
This page can't be displayed
Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in the Advanced settings and try connecting to https://secure8.i-doxs.net again. If this error persists, contact your site administrator.
Well, I'm the site administrator and I can confirm that TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 are all enabled and forced by GPO. Restarting IE and rebooting did not help. Chrome and Firefox both work flawlessly.
Edit: This is IE 11 on Windows 8.1 Enterprise.I have Windows 8.1, it doesn't allow me to install IE9.

We're running a large web application using angularjs, consuming a .NET Web API by making xhr calls.
This works really well with Chrome/Firefox. <o:p></o:p>
The application is hosted on a machine with Win2k8R2 and IIS7.5, we've been able to reproduce the same error using different authentication methods, different client operating systems (Win7,10 and browsers (IE10,11,Edge).<o:p></o:p>
Unfortunatley I'm not able to include the routes but I've marked the requests in the chrome network (bottom picture) taking more than 9s in the first picture (IE10).<o:p></o:p>

I am facing one issues with few of the users. IE 11 is upgraded. When they use cisco VDI any connect client. They get an error at Cisco interface that -- Web launch of cisco secure desktop is not supported with 64 bit versions of IE. Please retry with 32 bit version.
But for most of the users this working by default.
Has any body faced the similar issue ? Any fix\way to solution.

The option "Open with explorer" from SharePoint 2013 Foundation document library doesnt work in IE11.
Checked on IE11 32 bit and solutions like like enable/restart WebClient Service, Add to Trusted Sites, Set Internet Explorer to Automatic Logon, enable activex controls, enable protected mode, site compatibility etc, still it is not working.

I have had some difficulty getting IE11 Enterprise mode to work. I have followed pretty closely the steps and it <g class="gr_ gr_342 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling multiReplace" data-gr-id="342" id="342">wont</g> work.
1) Created a share with everyone having read permissions
2) Downloaded the <g class="gr_ gr_240 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="240" id="240">sitelist</g> tool for W7. Populated and generated my XML file and placed it on the share.
3) Configured the Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Use the Enterprise Mode IE website list GPOand pointed it to my <g class="gr_ gr_692 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="692" id="692">sitelist</g> with this convention: \\myserver\sharename\mysites.xml
4) Verified the GPO is applying to desktops
5) Verified the registry entry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\EnterpriseMode is pointing to my sitelist
When I go to a site on my list, the Enterprise Mode icon does not appear and it doesn't work. Is there other steps I can take to troubleshoot? How can I verify the <g class="gr_ gr_1470 gr-alert gr_spell undefined ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="1470" id="1470">sitelist</g> is there locally.

I have some pages that have a Response.StatusCode = 301 in them. IE won't display these pages. Instead I get a default "This page cannot be displayed". If I clear temp files then try a private browsing tab to try again, I get my custom 404 page instead.
I have no idea what is causing this; it does not happen in other browsers.

When i try to open MS PowerPoint file from Internet using IE11, i always get error message not enough memory or systen resources. After clicking ok and waiting few seconds file opens correctly. Saving file from the net works but when trying to just open,
error message comes.
There is no errors when using Firefox or Chrome but only when using IE11.
Windows version or Office version is not the reason. I have tried using Win7 and Win10 and also Office 2013 and 2016. Same thing also happens from different web sites
Any idea why this happens?

Is there a GPO setting or Registry setting that can be used to disable the new "Time to Upgrade Your Browser" splash screen when internet explorer is opened?
