Please tell me I'm missing something...
In previous versions of the F12 Developer Tools for Internet Explorer, I could easily resize the browser window to a specific size (e.g. 1024x768).
However, after upgrading to IE11, I cannot find this feature.
Where is "Tools > Resize" feature in Internet Explorer 11 (F12 Developer Tools)?

can't open index.php
Hi, I can't open forms for one particular website like contact, feedback, registration form in IE 10 and IE 11 on website hosting server, But I can open the same forms on other two servers (with website designer and hosting service provider) and in all web browsers (IE 10 and IE 11, Google's chrome, Safari and firefox).
The message I receive at bottom of page is open, save or cancel options.
There are multiple solutions recommended on web and we tried majority of them, but none of it is working. Furthermore, it is not feasible to advise all IE users accessing that website to do some sort of setting inside their IE browser or asking them to use
a different browser.
The hosting company tells us that it is IE10 and 11 inherent problem, and they can't do anything.Please tell me whether this is IE problem or web hosting problem or form designing/coding problem. I would appreciate for your suggestion if there is some sort of solution to overcome this problem.

IE 11 Sound
Hi,
Here is my problem: IE 11 keeps resetting the sound level back to 100%.
I’m using several different browsers,(chrome, firefox, IE 11) and I have the sound levels adjusted for each of them. IE is the only one that keeps resetting the sound level back to 100%. I have a Creative/Sound Blaster Audigy sound card (to which I have uninstalled and reinstalled the latest drivers – no change) which is working fine for everything else – except IE 11.
I have tried pretty much everything I can think of with no success – opened to new input…

View and Track downloads, what the heck?
Every time I click my IE icon to get online, it opens, then immediately a box pops up and the browser closes. The box says view and track your downloads. The name is getpagemodel...www.google.com. It asks me if I want to save this file, but no matter what I do (save, save as...or X) IE will not open. Thankfully I also have Mozilla available, or I'd never be able to access the web. This just started today, and I'm not sure how to get around it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The awful Internet Explorer Image renderengine
The image rendering engine of IE 8,9, 10, 11 is always awful since years of in compare to ALL other browsers.
Example: If you have responsive Design you upload images at the highest resolution (1024x768) and the Browser scale this image as needed.
ALL browsers deliver scaled and sharp images except the IE 8,9, 10, 11 (IE 7 use-ms-interpolation-mode:bicubic) which no longer work.
Compare it with the frontpage of www.microsoft.com - scale it to Smartphone Size and see the images: IE 8,9, 10, 11 always has NO anti-aliasing.
PLEASE FIX THIS - or people using IE must accept this...?!

IE9 wont open pages, just give a new tab thats blank
IE9 won't open a lot of pages. It just opens a new tab that is a blank screen and a empty tab title. The extension types all vary. However, if I cut and paste the link in a new tab it will work. I already tried to down grade the
version to 8, but it says its unsupported by windows 7 64 bit, funny I started with 8...

IE 11 crashes when viewing a HTML5 page containing video element

It's a quite easy crash to reproduce. What I want to know is, can you help to give me some tools or let me know how can I tell if it's a crash caused by our own program or by bugs in web control itself? If you want, I can give you guys a sample program to reproduce the crash.

IE 11 won't load page after opening and closing it once or twice.
I am running IE 11 on Windows 7. After booting up the computer, I can open IE once or twice (by closing and opening it again). But if I try and close and open the program a third time (or sometimes the second time), IE opens but won't load a page. Furthermore, and very strangely, once this happens, I also can't open Chrome or Firefox - Chrome load also with a blank page and Firefox won't open at all. It is as if IE has taken control of Internet access but is frozen, and the only solution to get a browser working again at that point is to restart the computer. Ghis just started happening a couple of days ago.
Outlook does seem to continue to work - it is just the browsers that are frozen.
I have already tried deselecting IE 11 from the Windows list of program that you can get to from the Programs and Features control panel, restarting, then reselecting it and restarting again. I also tried resetting the IE settings form the Internet Options control panel. What I have not yet tried is completely uninstalling and then reinstalling IE.
I have Norton, and it has not found a virus, but maybe there is a corrupted file?

IEAK11 msi not doing anything
I created a IEAK11 deployment package with all our corporate settings. It creates an exe and an msi.
Exe works fine, msi does nothing. It runs, it completes (according to verbose log), but it doesn't modify the system in any way. After restart IE11 is not installed. Running it again just does the same thing.
I recreated the package so it showed all the dialog boxes and as far as I can tell it comes up with IE installation dialog box, but it disappears and nothing else happens. msiexec keeps running for another 5 mins or so, but nothing else happens.
I am at a loss. Me and my colleague recreated the package about 5 times so far, from scratch, and the issue is still the same.
EXE works. MSI does nothing.
Any help would be appreciated.

Cannot run a Visual Studio 2012 web site under IE11, if the web site project is published to Win2012 server
Hi,
I use MS VS 2012 with IIS Express under Win7 to develop a web site. When I run my web site under VS2012 in Win7, it's fine.
However, when I publish the web site to Window Server 2012 with IIS 8, and open the page (http://......), even in Win7, some unexpected error occurs (Javascript related).
Let me describe a little bit more...
Actually, I got 2 text boxes with Javascript coded in OnFocus and OnBlur event (in both text boxes). The OnFocus event will save the value in the textbox when it gets focus before modify, and OnBlur event will do some checking on the modified value in the textbox, and if it is false, a message box prompted up, and then the value of the textbox will be changed back to previous one, and setting the focus to 1st textbox. If it's true, the focus will go to 2nd textbox.
When I run this web site under VS2012 environment in Win7, it works well. However, when I publish this web site to Window Server 2012 with IIS8, and open IE and open the link under Win7, something strange occurs. When user finishes input the value in the textbox 1 and press tab key, normally the cursor will go to 2nd textbox if the condition is true. If the condition is false, the OnFocus and OnBlur events are triggered twice (1 from 1st textbox, 1 from 2nd textbox), and the value of 2nd textbox is also set to the initial value of the 1st textbox.
I understand why the 2nd textbox also triggers OnFocus and OnBlur event (it triggers when the focus is set from 2nd textbox back to 1st textbox). However, I don't understand why the value in 2nd textbox is set to the initial value of the 1st textbox. The value in 2nd textbox should remain unchanged, because the OnFocus event will store its initial value when it got focus. When it leaves focus and go back to 1st textbox, the value of the 2nd textbox should be set to its initial value of the 2nd textbox (both should be equal), but now it's set to the initial value of the 1st textbox. The focus is finally on the 2nd textbox, not the 1st textbox.
Since I am a beginner in Javascript and VS2012, I really need every help. Anyone can help or hv a similar experience??

Bing - unable to search keyword
we have IE9. If we type just a key word for bing, it is giving an error "internet explorer cannot display the webpage".
If I search with complete web address I get to web pages, but if I don't have the web page and I type in a word in Bing, it shows its searching but giving error.
We have about 2500 employees, everyone are using IE 9. Please help!!

Cannot Print in IE11 on Terminal Server 2012
I am having an issue with printing with IE11 in Terminal Server 2012.
Issue-
The print preview shows up as blank, and when I hit print, nothing happens(the print window never shows up). I can print from other applications fine. Additionally, this is only affecting one user on my terminal server. Everyone else is able to print out of Internet Explorer fine. I have tried launching IE with add-ons disabled and the problem exists in both 64/32 bit IE. I have rebooted my terminal server. The user is still unable to print from IE. I have checked that enhanced IE security is off.
Nothing seems to be working here.

Intratnet / IE offline page
How can i make our end users default intranet avaliable offline.
Our mobile users when roaming they get 'page can not be displayed' when outside the office.
The offline is not avaliable on IE10/11
But the offilne view use to be avaliable in previous versions.
So how can i make the page to display an offline page and get it deployed via group policy.

IE11 Enterprise Mode site list not working
I've configured the Enterprise Mode site list as directed in the following article

and set up the gpo to point to my site. I've confirmed in my site's logs that the xml file is accessible.
However, it isn't working; none of the sites are launching in enterprise mode. I notice that the CurrentVersion key in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\EnterpriseMode has remained at 1 and is not updating. I'm assuming that is the problem, but I can't figure out why it won't update.
Any advice?

I have a bug I'd like to report in Internet Explorer 11
I am running version 11.0.9600.17207 on Windows 7 X64. This is the latest version to date. Here is the issue Im facing. When I enable the following GPO features below the back button in Internet explorer stops working correctly. what I mean is if I visit
a webpage and want to use the back button its grayed out. If I remove the machine from the network add the user to the local groups and browse again to the same webpage it works. The policy settings below were the only ones applied to the machine at the time.
Any ideas? I have a ticket open with Microsoft but no answers so far.

alphabetical sorting problem
I have an application which has a drop down loaded with some names. These names are loaded from database which are already sorted alphabetically. But if I test it in IE9, the drop down is not sorted where as it's sorted in other browsers like chrome and
firefox. Is there any way to handle this issue in IE9 ?

Windows 8.1 not letting me change my default search provider
I recently upgraded my PC to Windows 8.1 and I am trying to set Google as my default search engine in Internet Explorer. I’ve worked through the process of changing this to Google but it’s not working. I click the ‘add to internet explorer’ button and nothing happens, I got someone to test on a Windows 7 PC and they get a pop-up saying ‘Do you want to add this search provider?’ However on my Windows 8.1 machine this pop-up doesn’t appear.

Open Link In New Tab option has gone
When I right click, I expect for the options to include "open link in new tab". Yet instead, the only one that appears is "Open Link in new window". I've tried everything I can think of and there isn't an answer to how to get it back anywhere on the site.
This is very important, please let me know right away.
